FIN 201 Personal Money Management (3)
A consumer approach to insurance, family budgeting, income taxes, elementary investment principles, and estate planning.

BUS 209 Fundamentals of Financial and Managerial Accounting (3)
Focuses on how creditors, investors, and others use accounting information in decision making. Includes objectives, preparation, and uses of managerial accounting information, along with use of accounting information to identify and solve business problems.

FIN 311 Personal Financial Planning (3)
Time value of money applications; personal financial statements development and assessment; cash flow and debt management; asset acquisition; education planning; planning elements of risk management; investment planning; and retirement planning.

RMI 370 Principles of Risk and Insurance. (3)
Theory and practice of insurance and its economic and social significance; basic life, health, and property liability insurance for organizations and families; review of the major lines of insurance. Credit will not be awarded to students who have credit for INS 370
