Admissions for Employees of Our Corporate Educational Partners

Follow the steps outlined here to apply for admission.

Step 1: Complete your online application

Step 2: Request your transcripts

  • Ask that your transcripts be sent from the school(s) to:

EKU Admissions
Eastern Kentucky University
521 Lancaster Avenue
Whitlock 112 CPO 54
Richmond, KY 40475-3154

Step 3: Complete the FAFSA

Visit www.fafsa.ed.gov and use EKU’s school code 001963. We recommend all undergraduate students complete the FAFSA, even if you do not intend to use loans. Doing so means you will be assessed for other federal aid options, including grants. The sooner you start this process, the better!

For more information about financial aid please visit: ekuonline.eku.edu/financial-aid

Step 4: Activate your EKU Direct and student email

Navigate to the EKU Direct page in your application portal. Within your portal you will find your EKU ID number and your temporary password for account access. You will use your EKU ID for many things. Please keep this number confidential and easily accessible.

Step 5: Upload your employment verification letter

  • Contact your company’s Human Resources Department to obtain a letter verifying that you are an eligible employee and able to be enrolled at EKU as a Corporate Partner employee student. This verification grants you access to the benefits enrollment at EKU under the terms of the Corporate Educational Partnership, including preferred tuition rates and tuition reimbursement/assistance through your employer when available.
  • Once you have the letter documenting your employment with an EKU Corporate Partner, log in to upload the Confirmation of Employment Letter.

For Veteran Students

Request your JST or CCAF Transcript

To receive credit for your military service, you must submit a Joint Services Transcript (JST). Visit the JST website, and request for your transcript to be sent to EKU electronically. If you get an error screen when you click the link, click “Advanced” at the bottom and click “Proceed to Website.”

Request Your JST

Air Force veterans and service members should request their Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcript to receive military credit. For more information, contact EKUVeteransAffairs@eku.edu.

Current EKU Students

If you are a current EKU student and are an employee for any company on the partnership list below, please contact your HR representative to request a “Proof of Employment” form. Once you have received a signed copy of this form you will then need to login to the Corporate Partnership portal to identify your Employer and upload you’re “Proof of Employment” form to your account. Once your proof of employment has been reviewed and certified, you will be able to receive the benefits associated with your employment at your Corporate Partner.
