Research/Academic Interests

  • Professionalism for Early Childhood, Early Brain Development, Nature and Forest School programs, Critical Thinking
  • Dr. Gannoe has worked in early intervention, public pre-k, Kentucky State Government for the Department of Public Health, and in other private and non-profit settings in early care and education. She served several years as the Director of the Burrier Child Development Center on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University, and teaches face to face and online. Dr. Gannoe is an advocate for children and families and has over 20 years of experience in the field of early childhood.
