The organization reviewed every online master’s degree program in gifted and talented education and consulted with industry experts, students and program alumni. EKU was named one of the best overall and took top honors in the category of “Most Flexible” online degree program.

Schools were evaluated on:

The EKU Online master’s in education program is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education and the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation. Most courses can be completed in convenient 8-week terms, which means that students have the option to focus on one class at a time and remain eligible for financial aid.

EKU Online students can study at their own pace, as long as they meet the instructors’ deadlines. There are no required campus visits. Each student is provided with a personalized graduation plan.
